Background Info

Elmiron is the only FDA-approved drug to treat interstitial cystitis or bladder pain syndrome. But, in 2018, scientists discovered that as little as six months of Elmiron use dramatically increased the risk of developing severe vision loss—a side effect the manufacturers of the drug knew, but hid from the FDA, doctors, patients, and the public.

Ben Martin Law Group Elmiron Criteria:

1. No attorney for potential Elmiron case.
2. 2 years minimum usage of Elmiron AND …
3. PC Diagnosed with any of the following (after using Elmiron)
   1. Pigmentary maculopathy
   2. Pigmentary Macular Degeneration
   3. Retinal Maculopathy
   4. Macular Degeneration
   5. Age-Related Macular Degeneration
4. OR, PC suffers from at least 2 of the following symptoms (after using Elmiron)
   1. Seeing straight lines as wavy/bending
   2. Difficulty driving at night
   3. Central vision loss
   4. Muted or faded colors
   5. Blurred vision
   6. Difficulty reading
   7. Distorted Vision
   8. Eye Pain
   9. Flashes or Floaters
   10.  
5. Non-Injury Qualification for Heavy, Long-term Usage:  PC may qualify without any diagnosis or symptoms IF PC has taken MORE than 300mg/day (3 pills per day) for MORE than 4 years. 
6. Will accept male clients.
